KODA Enterprises Group, through its portfolio company ProAir Holdings Corp., announced today the acquisition of Evans Tempcon Michigan, LLC located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Evans Tempcon is a long-time supplier of HVAC solutions to the specialty vehicle markets including Recreational Vehicles, Agricultural, Construction and Military.
